Robert Gorman concentrates his practice in the areas of trust and estate planning, estate administration, income tax planning, and advising clients in connection with the selection of a business structure (e.g., partnership, S corporation, LLC, etc.), formation and dissolution of businesses, purchases and sales of businesses, employment contracts, non-compete agreements, confidentiality agreements, and business disputes.
Bob’s prior experience includes working as a tax manager of the international accounting firm PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (formerly Coopers and Lybrand). While in law school, Bob taught accounting at the Wharton School of Finance.
