Danielle Childs has extensive experience in litigating complex business and insurance matters including business torts, breach of contract, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, insurance coverage, employment disputes, corporate, real estate, restrictive covenants, consumer fraud, insurance bad faith, and disputes between minority and majority shareholders in privately held companies.
After graduating law school Danielle worked as a litigator at LaBrum and Doak in its Philadelphia office from 1993 through 1995. She has been working for Gorman & Gorman since 1996. She also serves as an Arbitrator in the Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas.
